Ability to open specific items in a new tab

Hello!! I have big request that I hope isnt too complicated. Idk about everyone else but I am a BIIIIG multitasker.
I absolutely need to be able to right click or middle mouse click on each video to open it in a new tab. This speeds up working on Taja dramatically instead of having to go back to the home page, wait for it all to load, and then filter channels every time I want to open a video.
In addition, the same feature would be IMMENSELY helpful when it comes to the thumbnails. Currently you have to open each thumbnail before you can download it. If you could right click or middle mouse click to open it in a new tab instead of being required to open the page then go back and wait for it all to reload again, that would make things run way more efficiently.
Additionally, if you had a download option for the thumbnails on the thumbnail page instead of having to open the single thumbnail first.
