Center the Shorts from Landscape Mode in Portrait Mode

Generated Shorts should be centered and not left aligned. The videos themselves are made for landscape, not portrait, viewing. Making shorts only showing the left of the landscape really impacts viewabality and people don’t like seeing these half-cocked videos.
