I noticed some challenges while using the auto-kickoff feature. When I uploaded a video to my YouTube account with the auto-kickoff toggle enabled, no changes or optimizations occurred after several hours. While the video was successfully added to the Taja playlist, I couldn’t see any progress or updates in Taja regarding the optimization process.
To improve the user experience, could you add features to provide more visibility into the process? For example:
1. Sync Information to Taja: When I upload a video to my YouTube account, it would be helpful if Taja could automatically sync that information to my Taja account, providing confirmation that the video has been recognized and queued for optimization.
2. Auto-Kickoff Progress Tracker: A clear indication within Taja that the auto-kickoff process is ongoing (e.g., a status bar or notifications) would save users from having to check manually every hour to track progress.
Additionally, I’d like clarification on the expected workflow:
• Would it be better to upload videos directly to Taja first, allowing the platform to handle the optimization before scheduling the video to YouTube? This approach would ensure the video is fully optimized before it goes live. Ideally, Taja would handle both the optimization and scheduling, so the video is published with all enhancements applied from the start.
Lastly, can you help me understand why no optimization occurred for my video despite auto-kickoff being enabled? Knowing the cause will help avoid similar issues in the future.
Thank you for considering these suggestions to improve the auto-kickoff experience!
