I’d love to see a white-label or client-facing portal added to Taja. The idea is to allow clients (like podcast guests) to log in to a customized backend where they can view the short clips, reels, and text content created for them. They wouldn’t be able to edit anything—just view, download, and optionally share directly to their own social profiles if they connect them.
Use Case:
I create shorts for guests on my podcast. Currently, I have to manually download each clip, upload them to Dropbox, and send each guest a link. It would be far more efficient to invite guests to a secure portal where they can access their content directly and optionally share it to their socials with one click.
Developer Notes & Suggestions:
User Roles & Permissions: Add a “guest user” or “client user” role with limited access—view-only and download/share permissions.
Content Sharing: Enable OAuth integration with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) for seamless sharing.
Portal Customization: Option to brand the client portal with the agency’s or podcast’s logo, colors, and domain (i.e., white-label).
Access Control: Allow content creators to assign specific assets to guest users (e.g., tag clips by guest name or episode).
Notification System: Automatic email notification when new clips are ready for a client to view or download.
Optional Analytics: (Nice to have) Let clients see how their content is performing if shared via the platform.
This would be a huge time-saver, create a more polished experience for my guests, and open up a professional use case for agencies and podcasters who want to streamline post-production delivery.
