Improve Video Upload Stability

Would it be possible to improve the video upload process on the platform?

I record my podcast videos using Filmora and download them to my computer once they’re finished. When uploading to Taja, I use the "Import from Device" option, as it seems to generate better captions, shorts, and clips compared to uploading via a YouTube link.

However, after uploading a video (which takes about 45 minutes), the page refreshes automatically after a few minutes, forcing me to start the upload from scratch. It wasn’t until the sixth attempt that the video finally uploaded successfully.

Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks so much!
