Level of automation or scheduling

Would love to have some level of automation with either an API endpoint or setting up something like auto sync.

My current setup is that I am automatically uploading videos to my smart playlist as unlisted (title/description is bare). Then going to Taja to sync the new title/description/thumbnail and publish as public.

Would love to be able to set something to automatically do this after a video is processed by Taja. Auto sync and publish as public… Or just an API endpoint we could use to automate this.
