Level of automation or scheduling

Feature Request

Would love to have some level of automation with either an API endpoint or setting up something like auto sync.

My current setup is that I am automatically uploading videos to my smart playlist as unlisted (title/description is bare). Then going to Taja to sync the new title/description/thumbnail and publish as public.

Would love to be able to set something to automatically do this after a video is processed by Taja. Auto sync and publish as public… Or just an API endpoint we could use to automate this.

    I can upload 10 videos in a day, with the intention of scheduling them 1 per day. It would be great if, when using the auto kickoff feature, I can also say something like “schedule to post X per day”. Since upload/metadata/Taja is the very last step before posting, this would be a really big deal and super useful to have. I don’t know of another platform that has this feature.

    That means my workflow would be this simple: use Youtube to upload 10 videos. Set all videos to Taja playlist. And I don’t have to worry about any meta data or scheduling. That would be BEYOND amazing. It would almost make my monetized channel an automated money-printing machine.

    Hey Aaron,

    Thanks for suggesting this! We will be moving more towards full automation in all of our features, and this is is definitely something we can add.

    Would want any review before the sync, or just accept Taja’s output? We could potentially send an email with the output and you have ~5 hours to reject it otherwise the content syncs by default.

    Want to make sure we allow for the right amount of automation here but avoid issues where Taja may not get the output perfect.

    Let us know if you have any suggestions to nail that balance.

      Taja’s output has been extremely spot on for me and have no complaints about just accepting by default, but having the options for others as a dropdown might be a good idea. Something like below.

      On/Off toggle for the below for the Auto Kickoff option.

      Actions after sync:

      • Set to public

        • Immediately

        • 1 hour

        • 2 hour

        • 4 hour

        Love it. We’re wrapping up a big release related to the content calendar and then I think we can get this knocked out!

      This is still a bug. We cannot schedule a post in future dates.

    When I say “smart playlist”, I am talking about Taja’s auto kickoff playlist.
