Never ending screen....

Hello, I am guessing this may be where to get support—I didn’t see anywhere else…but I have just bought the lifetime deal from AppSumo and went in to connection my socials. It all seemed to be going well, but this screen has now been up for a very long time and I can’t seem to move beyond it. Please help.
