Please let us adjust clips length beyond what you cut

Oftentimes the clips you choose are good but they're either jumping in before the actual clip starts or they trail on too long, and it would be really nice if we could adjust those clips so that they encounter and encompass only the relevant salient parts (CF: Minvo’s editor)
