problems with member accounts that always occur

I am very happy with the new UI and other sharp advances. but there are really a lot of problems with the user experience. please focus on user experience by fixing all issues. like :

1. reset link password email not sent

2. Invited member accounts are not automatically premium and must contact CS

3. payment pop up appears when generating

4. payment pop up appears when downloading shorts

5. the kick off automation sometimes doesn't work
