Save my settings so I don't have to keep selecting the same accounts and type of short

Please allow me to not have to manually do this process. I am always using the same account, and I know other people might not, but I only have one account (and some might just default to one on a regular basis anyway). To go through each social network’s clickthroughs is adding a LOT of extra time in aggregate.
