I have recently encountered issues where the auto kick-off feature did not function as expected, possibly due to capacity constraints. To address this, I would like to propose a workflow enhancement that could improve efficiency and resolve these challenges.

Proposed Workflow Enhancement:

• Enable videos to be uploaded to Taja AI with a scheduled publishing time.

• Allow optimization to occur asynchronously, as long as it completes before the specified publish time.

• Implement automatic publishing of optimized videos to YouTube, ensuring adherence to the scheduled publish time.

This adjustment could help mitigate capacity-related bottlenecks by distributing the workload more effectively while maintaining timely content delivery.
