The ability to create shorts WITHOUT re-optimization

Feature Request

I would like the ability for creating shorts WITHOUT optimizing content since I often want to generate shorts of NEW content. This is my main reason to use Taja, and it feels redundant and wasteful to re-optimize content that I published that day.
