Turn off or consolidate success emails

Receiving emails when our content is published to various platforms can sometimes be useful. But receiving one for each platform is too much. Can you consolidate these into one email and just show a success/failure for each platform? And also give us the option to turn off this notification / just be alerted if there’s a failure?
